Most homes take one to two days. Slate, tile and large commercial roofs take longer, and your written scope includes the schedule.
Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes. We document storm damage with photos and measurements, meet your adjuster on the roof and write the scope to match the claim.
Can you roof over my existing shingles?
We don’t do layovers. They hide rotten decking, add weight and void most manufacturer warranties.
What warranty do I get?
A 25-year Copperline workmanship warranty on full roofs, plus the manufacturer’s material warranty, which we register for you.
Do you work in winter?
Yes, on dry days above about 40°F for shingles. Emergency repairs and tarping run all year, 24/7.
Are you licensed and insured in New Jersey?
Yes. We’re a registered NJ home improvement contractor with full liability and workers’ compensation coverage, and we’ll email certificates on request.
